Since 2014 Launch Agency is managing SMM promotion for the Wagon Wheels brand. The agency's task was to uphold the brand's positive image, raise awareness among customers in VKontakte social media. We created a theme group, developing its design and content plan in accordance with brand positioning. Publications were created using unique visuals. In last March we conducted consumer perception research that allowed to identify consumer preferences regarding the content. Based on the research results the content plan was amended.

Along with stable updates, 8 competitions were held on the social media platform over the time the group was managed. We informed customers as within the group itself, as in other relevant groups that had representatives of the target audience of the Wagon Wheels brand among their followers. It allowed to expand the audience of the last competition to 21 thousand views.
